Wendee Lee has 547 credits including over 300 anime roles to her name, having enraptured anime fans with popular performances spanning four decades!
Starting in the 1980s, Wendee helped popularize anime through key roles in pioneering classics as Akira (Kei), Robotech (Vanessa Leeds), Dirty Pair (Yuri) and Dragon Ball (Lena & Bulma). The 90’s saw her star as Kagero (Ninja Scroll), Umi Ryuuzaki & Princess Emeraude (Magic Knight Rayearth), Queen Serenity (Sailor Moon), Alpha 6 (Power Rangers), Yui Hongo (Fushigi Yugi), Kiyone (Tenchi Muyo series), Rumi (Perfect Blue), and Urd (Adventures of Mini Goddesses), just to name a few.
She went on to voice fan favorite Faye Valentine in Cowboy Bebop, as well as star and voice direct in Outlaw Star and Love Hina.
The 2000’s saw her as Karen Kasumi Clamp’s X/1999, BlackRose in the .hack series, Maya Natsume in Tenjho Tenge, Haruhi Suzumiya in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and Konata Izumi in Lucky Star.
On the other side of the mic, she was an ADR director for Bleach, and played key characters Yoruichi Shihoin, Tasuki Arisawa, and Ururu Tsumugiya in the series.
