AdvanceRatio is a Calgary-born DJ and producer operating since 2019. He has a particular focus on blending Japanese pop-culture with high energy dance genres such as J-core, makina, DnB and funkot. His particular specialty is Vocaloid and idol music, but he also loves to dig into anisong and otaku subculture music.

He has performed on stages around the world, including conventions and clubs across North America, London, Tokyo and Sapporo, as well as frequent online appearances. He has released music with collectives around the world including Universal Denonbu Project, Anison Hijack, Japan Makina Club and more.

He is always looking forward to stepping on stage to share the music he loves in unique and unexpected ways to get the audience singing along to favourite anthems and discovering new favourites.
