The café is a unique and fun experience for attendees and volunteers alike. Participate in food service, dances, and photos while making a bunch of friends in the process! You’ll be a part of one of Otafest’s most tight-knit and welcoming volunteer groups!

Maid/Butler Café Volunteer

A Maid/Butler Volunteer is responsible for the operation/preparation of the room, distribution of food within the Maid & Butler Event and providing attendees a fun experience. Perfect for people who enjoy providing hospitality, enjoy dressing up, meeting new people, playing games with patrons, and dancing!

Expectations

Be available to volunteer for the entire duration of the Café event,
Be comfortable with working as part of a team,
Be respectful of other team members and patrons,
Attend meetings and rehearsals in order to help prepare for the event (dance practice, training, and room setup), and
Engage with patrons to provide them with a fun experience.

Useful Skills

You must be able to attend an orientation and an interview as part of the application process.
