Café Volunteers

Otafest’s café is looking for fun-loving volunteers to join its tight-knit and welcoming team! This role is perfect for those who enjoy hospitality, dressing up, meeting new people, playing games with attendees, and dancing!

It’s a one-of-a-kind experience where you’ll make a bunch of friends and help create some of the most unique and memorable moments at the festival. If you love to connect with people and have a passion for providing a great time, we’d love to have you join our family.

Important note: You must be able to attend an orientation and an interview as part of the application process.

Expectations

  • Be available to volunteer for the entire duration of the Café event,
  • Be comfortable with working as part of a team,
  • Be respectful of other team members and patrons,
  • Attend meetings and rehearsals in order to help prepare for the event (dance practice, training, and room setup), and
  • Engage with patrons to provide them with a fun experience.
