Charity Auction Submission

Got some extra things that need a loving home, and want to feel great about it in the process? We’ll auction off some wonderful pieces that you’ve submitted to us. Your items will experience a brand new journey with a new owner while benefitting Otafest’s yearly charity.

Guidelines

All proceeds from the auction will go to our charity. There will be no monetary compensation for your item, but please accept our eternal gratitude and feel great knowing that you're supporting a worthwhile cause.
All types of items are accepted provided they are in good condition, not bootleg, and are appropriate for all ages. We will be reviewing all submissions for approval.
Collectable material may be sold as one (1) lot (e.g. 4 posters for $10 can be considered one lot).
Please bring your items to the designated drop-off point on Otafest Friday. You will be notified where this is via email closer to Otafest.
We will not accept any item drop-offs before Friday May 10. You'll receive an e-mail with cut-off times and location if we've accepted your lot(s).
