Otafest 2025 is introducing a timed ticket system for Alejandro Saab’s autograph sessions as part of our commitment to ensure a smooth experience for all Otafest attendees.

No. For 2025 this system is only being used for Alejandro Saab’s autographs.
No. Timed tickets are provided free of charge, however, the guest’s fees for autographs / merchandise, if any, will still apply.
No, timed tickets are limited to one per person per day to allow as many attendees as possible to meet the guest.
Currently, there’s no maximum number of autographs per person. However, we ask you to be reasonable with the number you purchase to help the line progress efficiently.
Otafest staff reserve the right to manage signing time per person to prevent significant hold-ups.
If you are an Angel Pass holder, you do not need a timed ticket. You may show up at any time during the guest’s autograph hours and bypass the line once per timed ticket guest. Show your Angel Pass to the volunteers or staff monitoring the line.
In the event that a guest goes through all of the timed ticket holders early, autographs will resume in the usual first-come-first-served line-up format.
Please join the line promptly when your group is called. While there’s a short grace period, specific window times may vary based on session flow. Check the status page/signs frequently.
You will always have at least 30 minutes from the time your group is first called to check into the autograph line, even if the queue has moved to the next group.
If you miss your group window and the 30 minute minimum has passed, you will not be permitted to join the line.
Please ensure that you are checking https://autographs.otafest.com periodically. The queue will show how much time has passed since the current group has been called.
Example:
Timed tickets cannot be replaced.
If you lose your timed ticket, you will have to wait until all of the ticket holders have been processed before the first-come-first-served line-up begins, if there is time.
To ensure fairness and manage line flow, attendees must join the line only when their specific group letter is called.
You must present the physical timed ticket that you were provided. If you do not have a timed ticket with the appropriate group, you will not be allowed into the timed ticket lineup.
Yes, you will still need a timed ticket if you want to meet the guest, even if you are not purchasing an autograph.
